1. Purpose

5-36 fans are mainly used for ventilation and dust removal. The Y5-36 fan is mainly suitable for environmental protection of civilian boilers. The temperature of the transported gas shall not exceed 280 ℃.

The above models of fans have the characteristics of high efficiency, low power consumption, low noise, and smooth operation. However, the temperature of the gas transported generally does not exceed 80 ℃ (except for induced draft fans), and it is not natural, harmless to the human body, and non corrosive to steel materials. The dust content in the gas shall not exceed 150mg/m3.

2. Specifications and Features

The decimeter diameter of the fan impeller is the fan number, represented by Arabic numerals. The letters after the machine number indicate the transmission mode of the fan, and commonly used transmission modes include:

Formula "A" - represents direct transmission with the motor (impeller mounted on the motor shaft).

Type "C" - represents the cantilever of the ventilation fan, with the pulley driven on the outside of the bearing.

D "- represents the cantilever of the ventilation fan, with support and coupling transmission.

The rotation direction of a fan is divided into two types: left and right. The method for distinguishing them is to face the impeller from the transmission direction. When the fan is working, the impeller rotating clockwise is called right rotation, and vice versa is called left rotation. The outlet direction of the fan is generally made at 90 ℃. If the user has special needs, they can indicate them on the order (see Figure 1 for various outlet angles of the fan). The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, intake ring, bearing seat and other components. The impeller is composed of a curved wheel cover, blades, and a straight plate disc, and has undergone static and dynamic balance correction. The bearing seat is lubricated with calcium grease using rolling bearings.

3. Performance and Selection

The performance parameters of the fan can be converted based on dimensionless performance, or refer to the comprehensive performance curve chart.

4. Ordering Notice

When placing an order, the model of the fan, spindle speed, air volume, air pressure, outlet angle, and rotation direction must be specified. Manufacturers can also produce a complete set of chassis with belt transmission, vibration damping pads, and non-standard models of fans for users. For fans purchased from our factory, we can provide interchangeable parts for future maintenance.
